Beads up your life~!

I am soooo interested craft works (handmade cards, beads etc) these days. So I decided to make something for myself!

Went to Chinatown to get some of the materials, but I couldn’t find the exact materials which is on the book. Thus I have to find replacement for almost everything! The teardrop beads are one of the hardest to find. But I managed to get the one used in the picture, although it might be totally different from the book.

Anyways.. Ta-da~ I made a crown necklace out of crystals and beads. And I am quite proud of myself, considering this is my first time making something that’s so difficult it seems. Nevertheless, i conquered it all! And I am very proud to present my work piece! 🙂

Of course, if you are keen to own one too, you have let me know by dropping me an email @ jaymeetan@live.com.sg, and I will get back to you at the soonest possible time! Color of the beads/crystals can be customized to your color preference, and of course, I will mix and match the colors for you too. Last but not least, I will have more interesting works coming up too! Look out for this space yeh! 🙂

My Closet Story – Collection 2 LAUNCHED!

My Closet Story Collection 2 was launched yesterday! Great! I’m loving this summer collection. 🙂

I have bought a few pieces of the Collection 2 for myself! *Grinz* And here is what I bought:

Totally in love with this piece of dress at first sight! I love the color combination and it does have the ability to make me look younger. The vibrant colors of the dress certainly brighten up the boring midweek! Even our model, Vanessa, own one! 😀

This is another great piece of dress I kept for myself. The pink bow on the dress looks cute, sweet and yet elegant. You can wear to work on week days by putting on a blazer, and after work you can meet your dear ones for romantic dinner or just a causal dinner. If you want a more causal look,  put on a belt! I am sure it will look great as well!

This is another piece of MUST-HAVE! Both me and Kerine owns one. It gives one a very relaxing feel. Pair it with a pair of shorts for a beach outing and you can even feel your skin breathing! Going to town for a walk? Pair it with leggings and it will look fanatasic! Nothing too serious for a fun weekend coming up!

What’s best is it’s available in two colors: Green and Gray!

And of course, there are more fabulous dresses available at My Closet Story.

And, don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter for latest news and promotions!

We love to see you around!

xoxo,
Jaymee

Busy Busy Busy

See, I am too busy these days to even update my blog. I was tired after lessons almost everyday, too shag. Even so, I know God is giving the energy to last until Friday.

Lessons is great! Although I’m feeling tired during the day and during the break time, but the moment the lecturer starts giving his lecturer, I am listening with all ears! Not feeling tired at all. It’s AFTER the lessons, then I am starting to feel tired all over again. Nevertheless, it’s good to be in school again. 😉

There was an accident that happened too fast on last Sunday when we were out for late dinner at the usual coffee shop. I was playing with my iPhone and then suddenly everyone was crowding around near the road. As a typical Singaporean, I went to join in the crowd and saw that one of the car collided with a pedestrian.  And the pedestrian was lying the road, tweeting her fingers or toes some times, else, she remains motionless (but she’s still alive). There was blood on her forehead. No was hurt in that accident other than her. I heard from the ah peks (uncles) in the coffee shop that it was the woman’s fault because she was ‘chionging‘ (jay ‘running’) across the road when it was the red man. And then *BANG*, there goes her.. lying on the road. I suspect that she’s a Cwoman. Because she dressed like one. Sorry if I m stereotyping all people from that country. Just can’t help it.

Maybe I will update more when I have the time to. I felt that I m just posting for the sake of posting. THIS IS SO BAD! I am just too tired.
